The title was borrowed by Peter Fischli and David Weiss from the series of the same name where apparently banal topics were dealt with in the context of a museum and become poignant through their juxtaposition. The next level is therefore quite rightly a work which does not attempt through its title to be placed in the context of another work. The reflection of context is merely an appropriation.
